It’s Tuesday morning. A director sends a message: “We need training on accountability.” You agree. Six weeks later, the workshop runs. Six months later, the problem hasn’t moved.
This happens because the team usually knows how. They’re missing tools, working around broken process, or operating against incentives that punish the very behavior you’re asking for. A course can’t fix any of that.
We built Learnytics because the wrong fix is worse than no fix. Training that doesn’t address the cause looks like progress, but it leaves the real problem in place, and burns calendar, goodwill, and budget you don’t get back.
Most performance problems aren’t training problems.
Learnytics is a Performance Advisor. Describe the problem in plain language. It asks the questions a seasoned consultant would ask, including the one that quietly settles most arguments: could they do it if their life depended on it? Fifteen minutes later, you have a clear, evidence-backed recommendation.
Sometimes that recommendation is training. Often it isn’t, and we’ll say so. It’s a strange thing for software to admit. It’s also the only honest way to run the diagnosis.
That’s what we’re building at Learnytics.
